KUALA LUMPUR: A director of Ganad Corporation Bhd was fined RM600,000 by a Sessions Court yesterday for giving false information to the Securities Commission (SC) seven years ago.
Gan Kok Beng, 52, pleaded guilty to the charge of having disclosed false information to the SC over Ganad's accounts in connection with the company's listing proposal dated Nov 30, 1994.
