KUALA LUMPUR: Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah of Selangor withdrew his RM35mil claim against a businessman and a company at the Special Court yesterday because the matter had been settled out of court.
The Sultan’s lawyers Lim Kian Leong and Low Chi Cheng appeared in the chambers of Chief Justice Tun Mohamed Dzaiddin Abdullah in the presence of lawyer Philip Chai, who acted for defendants Chan Teik Huat and Dikim Holdings Sdn Bhd.
