PETALING JAYA: Mead Johnson Nutrinionals is recalling a specialised children's milk formula known as Pregestimil Special Formula with batch numbers S203138 and S203864 and replacing it with new stock.
In a press release yesterday, Mead Johnson Nutrinionals said it had received one report of Pregestimil being mislabelled as Isocal which is a specialised adult formula and not suitable for infants and children.
