KUALA LUMPUR: The teenage boy, accused of murdering his tuition teacher’s daughter last May, did not intend to hurt the girl because the alleged attack was not planned, a High Court was told yesterday.
Psychiatrist Tan Sri Dr M. Mahadevan said that if the 13-year-old boy had had the intention to stab the girl to death, he would have brought the three knives allegedly used in the murder along with him to her house where he attended the tuition classes.
