PENANG: Police have not ruled out arson as the cause of the pre-dawn fire which killed two sisters and injured another family of four at the Noordin Street Ghaut foreshore area on Tuesday.
George Town OCPD Senior Asst Comm II Abdul Wahab Ahmad said a team of police personnel had been sent out to interview witnesses and the neighbours of Umi Kalsum Harun, 38, whose two daughters were burnt to death.
