SEVERAL Health Ministers have come and gone in the last decade but the issue of too many medical graduates being produced – more than the healthcare system can cope with for training and providing tenure – has continued to snowball.

Yet, despite all the hue and cry, there has been a limited effort by the government as a whole to nip the issue at source.
