> Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC), in cooperation with NYCU, is inviting applicants from Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia for its elite scholarship programme to pursue a master’s degree (semiconductor technology) in Taiwan.
> The scholarship, which will be awarded to students who are accepted into the NYCU master’s programme, offers a monthly stipend of NT$15,000 (RM2,175) for up to two years, training and internship opportunities at TSMC.
> Electrical engineering, electronic engineering, physics, materials science and engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, and mechanical engineering students with outstanding academic records are welcome to apply.
> Applicants must provide a proof of Mandarin proficiency (TOCFL Level 1 certificate or equivalent) after enrolment.
