CHILDREN with special needs can flourish into useful members of society if given the proper support, education and life skills training, said Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon (pic).
Urging society to be more accepting towards children with learning disabilities, the Deputy Education Minister said people should not be quick to judge such children and their ability based on their attitude and behaviour when learning.
