DR SIM Kui Hian needs no introduction. This doctor-turned-politician, who lost to DAP’s Violet Yong in Pending during last month’s state election, has hardly taken a break.

Less than a month after April 16, he chaired the Asian Pacific Congress of Cardiology in Kuala Lumpur where he was elected the new president, thus representing more than 15 countries.
