I HAVE to admit that I have never used any of the 11 channels listed by the Public Works Department (JKR) for people to lodge complaints on poor road conditions, and in all likelihood neither have most other road users.

This information was provided by JKR in a statement after avid cyclist and Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Khairy Jamaluddin fell into a ditch after hitting a pothole in Banting, Selangor, on Dec 27.
