Act against illegal dumping to prevent environmental catastrophe

WITH reference to The Star’s “Paradise lost to smelly hell”, residents have been enduring foul odour for more than three months.

This is due to hazardous leachate accumulated at the illegal dumpsite that is almost the size of three football fields.
