The KLCP 2020 will be available for reference and sale at DBKL headquarters by Nov 14.
EARLIER this week, various parties including MPs and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) were furious after finding out that the Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020 was gazetted without them being consulted first.
One of them, so infuriated by the move even called it “KL city dwellers now have a mutilated and butchered city plan”.
