S’gor to step up child protection

From January to June, Selangor recorded over 2,300 cases involving children needing protection, care or rehabilitation.

This has prompted the state government to step up prevention and early intervention efforts through continuous advocacy programmes to ensure the welfare and safety of more than 1.8 million children in Selangor are continuously safeguarded.
