LIVE jazz and lion dance performances entertained guests at the launch of a sales gallery and open house in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

Sunsuria Bhd group chief executive officer Tan Wee Bee, chief operating officer Wong Chiew Meng and deputy chief operating officer Ter Chen Loong performed a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Bangsar Hill Park Sales Gallery, along Jalan Maarof, provides prospective buyers with an introduction to the development’s master plan, residential offerings and long-term plans.

Visitors can explore immersive displays and fully furnished show units featuring the residential development’s living spaces, layouts and lifestyle concepts.

Guests were also treated to an essential oil blending workshop and refreshments during the open house.

The launch follows the completion and handover of Verdura, the first residential phase within Bangsar Hill Park last year.

Its second residential phase, Talisa, has recorded an 88% take-up rate and is expected to be completed by mid-2028.

Talisa offers units measuring between 917sq ft and 1,478sq ft, with layouts ranging from two-bedroom to three-plus-one-bedroom configurations.

There will be eight units on each floor, served by six high-speed lifts to provide residents with greater privacy and convenience.

Situated within the Bangsar neighbourhood, Bangsar Hill Park offers access to healthcare facilities, retail destinations, educational institutions and major roads connecting residents to other parts of Kuala Lumpur.

The sales gallery is located at No.7, Lorong Maarof 1, Bangsar Park and is open daily from 9.30am to 6pm.
