A PROPERTY developer is offering more than RM30mil in prizes, including three houses, in its biggest-ever giveaway to celebrate its 30th anniversary.

The Matrix 30A Home Rush Campaign, running until Nov 30, covers developments in Negri Sembilan, Johor and the Klang Valley as a gesture of thanks to homeowners and communities.

Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd group managing director Kelvin Lee said the campaign, themed “Buy a Home. Stand to Win Another” offers buyers a shot at winning a property worth over RM1.3mil alongside other perks.

“This campaign is ultimately about expressing our appreciation to the people who have placed their trust in Matrix Concepts,” Lee said at the campaign launch at d’Tempat Country Club in Bandar Sri Sendayan near Seremban, Negri Sembilan.

Lee said there would also be cash rewards of up to RM100,000 for selected projects, exclusive “mystery boxes”, referral incentives, Signature Kitchen rewards.

“We are also extending the celebration beyond our homeowners through a simple online game, giving the wider public an opportunity to join in the festivities and stand a chance to win prizes, including a 30g gold bar,” he added.

Lee said the group’s business associates would receive a special 2% rebate on top of the existing campaign privileges.

The campaign will culminate in a grand celebration in January, where eligible buyers stand to win one of the three grand homes, travel packages, smartphones and premium home appliances.

In conjunction with this campaign, the company also introduced five “Matrix Elementals”, specially created mascots representing the key pillars of the group’s ecosystem.

They are Matrix (development and construction), Mento (education), Moossi (sustainability), Mawar (healthcare) and Muz (lifestyle and hospitality).
