WITH the goal to transform Andaman Island into Malaysia’s most liveable and sustainable island community, Eastern and Oriental Bhd (E&O) is offering residents a connected waterfront lifestyle in Penang.
Its latest marina-edge residential development − Avea − comprises two towers, offering 1,080 fully furnished units.
Prices range from RM720,000 to RM1.7mil, with unit sizes spanning 678sq ft to 1,076sq ft, catering to a broad spectrum of homeowners from young professionals and couples to families.
Built on a 2.02ha site, it offers access to an extensive suite of lifestyle facilities, including a rooftop garden on Level 51.
Other facilities include the family and spa pools, gymnasium, jogging track, basketball courts, pet lawn as well as games and reading rooms.
The development marks the seventh ongoing project and fifth high-rise development within the master-planned waterfront township off the northeastern coast of Penang island.
E&O Bhd managing director Kok Tuck Cheong said the development reinforced the group’s commitment to creating a highly liveable and connected island centred on accessibility, sustainability, community and quality living.
“It represents a connected waterfront destination where people can live, work, play, learn and sail within a vibrant and sustainable community.
“Every component within the township is intentionally planned to contribute towards a highly liveable and connected environment.
“As our second marina-edge residence, it strengthens Andaman’s waterfront living proposition through well-designed homes, lifestyle offerings and community spaces that bring residents closer to the sea and the experiences that define island living,” he said during the unveiling of Avea.
