IN conjunction with the celebratory season, Parkwood Holdings Bhd brought smiles and festive cheer to the community through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) donation drive.

The social event, themed “Season of Giving”, was held at Pusat Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Cacat Taman Megah in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The event welcomed about 130 beneficiaries from the welfare home, alongside 30 Parkwood representatives and their family members, creating a heart warming morning filled with joy, laughter and meaningful connections.

The initiative held recently reflected Parkwood’s commitment to giving back and strengthening bonds within the local community.

As part of the donation drive, Parkwood contributed RM5,000 to support the welfare home’s ongoing programmes and initiatives.

In addition, gifts were presented to the children, while a festive meal brought together beneficiaries and volunteers in a warm and joyful celebration of the season.

The programme included opening remarks by Parkwood representatives, a gift and donation ceremony, a mini photo session and a lively clown and magic show that delighted the children and filled the venue with laughter and excitement.

Speaking on the initiative, the Parkwood Holdings Bhd’s management representative said, “Our CSR efforts remind us that the spirit of the season is about more than celebration.

“It’s about sharing, caring and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

“It’s a simple yet impactful way to bring smiles, comfort and togetherness to the community during the holiday season.”
