Buffet lunch and dinners that ‘spark joy and surprise’


The Christmas food celebration at Aloft includes mouthwatering roasts, succulent seafood and delightful desserts.

THIS holiday season, Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral invites everyone to their Spark and Snow: An Aloft Christmas celebration.

“The festive season is all about creating moments that matter, whether it is a joyful dinner with loved ones or intimate celebrations at home,” said the hotel’s general manager Michael Grimmer.

“We are offering a twist on tradition designed to delight every palate and personality.”

The Spark and Snow buffets lined up at all-day dining restaurant, Nook, will have rotating highlights like Rockin’ Oysters Rockefeller and Saffron Seafood Bouillabaisse.

Its Thursday to Saturday (until Dec 27) dinner buffet is priced at RM158nett per person.

On the eve and Christmas day there will be Pistachio-Mustard Crusted Roasted Leg of Lamb, Beef Wellington, festive log cakes and gingerbread cookies.

The Christmas eve dinner buffet is priced at RM188nett per adult and RM94nett per child.

The Christmas lunch buffet is priced at RM168nett per adult and RM69nett per child.

The New Year’s eve dinner buffet will include Chimichurri Ribeye, fresh sashimi and desserts like Pistachio Choux au Craquelin, priced at RM188nett per adult and RM94nett per child.

“We have curated each buffet to spark joy and surprise,” said the hotel’s executive chef Muhammad Norhanis Nordin.

Aloft is also offering a delectable selection of holiday roasts, artisanal sweets and whimsical gingerbread creations, perfect for gifting or gatherings at home.

They include Traditional Whole Roasted Chicken with Orange, Apricot and Honey Glaze, Roasted Leg of Lamb with Pistachio-Mustard Crust and Braised Barbecued Beef Short Ribs served with Yorkshire Pudding and Tomato-Chilli Jam.

There are also Passionfruit and Nutmeg Log Cake, Traditional Christmas Pudding and gingerbread creations.
