THE highly anticipated November Auction Carnival 2025 is back, featuring nearly 600 properties from both bank foreclosures and Owner Auction listings, offering unbeatable deals and exciting opportunities for homebuyers and investors.
The one-day event will take place on Nov 26 at the NCM Co auction hall at Megan Avenue 2 in Kuala Lumpur from 10am to 5pm.
Organised by Ng Chan Mau & Co Sdn Bhd and Owner Auction (M) Sdn Bhd, the flagship hybrid carnival continues the legacy of NCM Co’s 38 years of auction excellence, bringing together property, art and lifestyle under one roof.
Hybrid auction experience
Attendees can expect a seamless hybrid auction setup – allowing both on-site and online bidders to participate in real time.
Adding to the appeal, bidding deposits start from as low as five per cent for selected bank properties – making it even easier for first-time buyers and investors to participate.

The auction will kick off at 10.30am and take a mid-day break at noon for a special performance and games session featuring acoustic singer Maria Effendi.
A bidder is actively participating in the auction for a property, as the auctioneer calls for bids.
The auction will resume at 1.30pm and continue throughout the afternoon.
