Among the prizes are specially designed scented sachets, bags, hotel gifts, and nugget bath salt.

“This anniversary is a tribute to the community, especially those who have been with us since day one,” said its chief marketing officer Moh Wei Ken.

At a potpourri sachet-making workshop, visitors can craft their own herbal-scented bags using aromatic flowers, each offering natural benefits whether to ease discomfort or repel insects.

The developer is also showcasing two of its latest projects – London Pavilion in Bayan Lepas and Tuan Pavilion in Ayer Itam.

London Pavilion has limited number of units left, featuring a built-up size of 982sq ft.

The project, which comes with a residential and freehold title, is expected to complete in Q4 2027.

Tuan Pavilion comprises 280 units with layouts from 1,172 to 1,592sq ft, and is expected to complete in Q2 2027.

It also comes with a residential and freehold title.

To commemorate its 25th anniversary, M Summit Group has also held a series of CSR projects to mark its commitment to the community.

These include festive visits to welfare homes, building a rest area for a school, painting the Southwest district police headquarters, giving career talks in schools and presenting donation to non-government organisations.

The group will hold its grand gala dinner in October.
