ELEVETE Patisserie has launched a collection of limited-edition desserts in honour of National Day and Malaysia Day.
The Merdeka 2024 collection includes a new Onde-Onde Tart and a designer pandan cake.
The Onde-Onde Tart has a santan (coconut cream) curd finish.
This dessert features a crispy toasted almond tart shell, filled with rich gula melaka caramel and pandan curd, topped with coconut buttercream.
A 18cm-tart is priced at RM118.
The 1Malaysia Designer Cake celebrates the spirit of patriotism.
It displays the vibrant colours of the Jalur Gemilang, a symbol of unity and patriotism.
It is a moist pandan cake complemented by gula melaka buttercream.
The 23cm dessert is priced at RM260.
Gemilang Designer Cupcakes are a tribute to Malaysia’s national pride, featuring intricate decorations inspired by the Jalur Gemilang.
Each box contains nine cupcakes, ideal for sharing with family and friends. It is priced at RM99.
Elevete Patisserie’s Merdeka 2024 collection is available for purchase until Sept 16.
