Festive dinner for the underprivileged

Residents from old folk's and children’s homes were treated to dinner by Segambut MCA at the How Lin Kong temple in Kuala Lumpur. Segambut MCA chairman Datuk Daniel Ling (front row, fourth from right) said he hoped the event would help build good rapport between the people and the party members. Ling also highlighted the continued need for vernacular schools, which offered students the advantage of mastering another language besides Malay and English. Also present was MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon (front row, fifth from right).
