Experience exquisite Pink October afternoon tea in Langkawi

the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi is presenting an exquisite Pink October Afternoon Tea experience featuring a menu curated by pastry chef Ben Loh and his team.

This tea affair invites guests to embark on a delectable journey through an assortment of perfectly pink, sweet and savoury treasures that captivate both the taste buds and eyes.

The experience will be hosted at The Beach Grill with views of the Andaman Sea, where they can witness sea eagles and brahminy kites soaring through the air while reclining against plush seats and ensconced by the sound of waves.

Guests can sip on refreshing mocktails, savour TWG teas and indulge in delectable treats in commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The resort’s pastry team has incorporated Roselle flower into the afternoon tea menu.

It is a native plant cherished for its flavour and vibrant hue.

This local touch pays homage to Malaysia’s multicultural heritage as the resort’s culinary artisans expertly infuse the essence of the flower into a delicate pink madeleine.

The menu also includes cured salmon with dill paired with horseradish cream, 90 Days House-Made Air-Dried Beef topped with chipotle aioli and tomato aspic, strawberry eclair filled with buttery strawberry cream, Peppercorn Ruby Chocolate Tart that intertwines bold and delicate notes, as well as Pink Rose Russian Tale Cheesecake infused with pink rose essence.

The Pink October Afternoon Tea is available throughout this month, from 11.30am to 5pm.

Each set is priced at RM220 and serves two, with the option to add a glass of champagne for RM100 or bottle of Rose for RM500.
