Sepang council wants local artistes only for future events after The 1975 fiasco

THE Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang) is asking organisers of upcoming events not to include international artistes following an incident involving British band The 1975 last week during a festival.

The matter was raised at its full board meeting on Wednesday (July 26) as the councillors were discussing how to proceed with M4ntap festival, scheduled for Aug 5 and 6 at Sepang International Circuit, which features six international electronic dance music artistes.
