THE Batu Lanchang constituency in Penang has always been a popular food destination.

It is also known for its public market and has a mix of landed and high-rise residential schemes along with a number of primary and secondary schools including the oldest English school in South-East Asia –Penang Free School, which is more than 200 years old.
