THE site where Kampung Koskan Tambahan houses are located is privately-owned land marked as Lot 4465 GRN 322912, and is not a river reserve for Sungai Serendah as claimed by the villagers.
“Based on the Hulu Selangor District and Land Office records, the Kampung Koskan Tambahan houses in Rawang are located on Lot 4465 GRN 322912, whereby the land title ownership was granted 133 years ago (June 21, 1890),” Hulu Selangor district land administrator Mohamad Hanafe Basri said in a statement on Friday (April 28).
