Folk pour out frustration over choked drainage

THE main monsoon drain that runs through Persiaran Seraya in Taman Palm Grove, Klang, is clogged by vegetation overgrowth that impedes water flow, resulting in flash floods during heavy rain, say residents.

Folks in the neighbourhood blame the lack of maintenance by Klang Municipal Council (MPK) for the problem, and say it is also time to upgrade the drainage system in the area.
