Projek BacaBaca is one of Taylor’s initiatives in 2022, which focuses on vernacular school pupils who are in Mastery Level 3 in Bahasa Melayu based on the teacher’s classroom assessment report. The project aims to get them to achieve TP4 in the BM exam so that they can transition directly to Form 1. From SJK (T) Seaport in Petaling Jaya, 20 pupils have been attending sessions at Taylor’s.
TAYLOR’S celebrated the start of the new year with the RISE Educator Gala Dinner at in Kuala Lumpur.
The event was aimed at recognising and thanking the schooling community for a successful year of educational partnership and accomplishments in 2022.
The dinner was attended by Institute of Teacher Education Malaysia rector Dr Rusmini Ku Ahmad along with more than 150 leaders and teachers from schools around the Klang Valley.
During the dinner, Taylor’s provided a sneak peek of its 2023 flagship initiatives, with which the schooling community would be able to collaborate on.
As in past years, the focus once again will be on advocating quality and equitable education for various communities in Malaysia.
Attendees were also treated to a night of entertainment by Malaysian powerhouse and winner of Gegar Vaganza Season 9, Jaclyn Victor.
