A CONSTRUCTION company has scored the highest rating under the high-rise residential category in the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) certification.

MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd (MCC Malaysia) obtained 89% score for the construction of The Face 2 Platinum Victory Suites.
