Task force to sort out problematic strata ownership cases, says Selangor MB


A TASK FORCE has been formed to resolve problematic strata ownership applications in Selangor.

Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the function of the task force would include: providing assistance to list strata schemes that have yet to receive strata titles; helping and coordinating the necessary processes for strata title applications; identifying problems and issues related to non-strata schemes; and monitoring problematic strata schemes as well as carrying out enforcement in accordance with Section 8 of the Strata Titles Act 1985.
