PLASTIC bottles, food wrappers and polystyrene containers are just some of the rubbish found on Pulau Merambong, an uninhabited island off the coast of Pontian district.

Year Two Pupil Poh Yuchen did not expect to see strewn rubbish, on the island, ending up in the sea.
