PENANG will continue to give priority to people-centric policies, including welfare programmes such as the RM50mil i-Sejahtera and Bantuan Agenda Ekonomi Saksama (BAES) for the under- privileged.

Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow said in the list was the PgCare Society, an initiative by the state government with non-governmental organisations to assist those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in particular.
