SUSTAINABILITY in the security sector starts with upskilling and accredited training to produce more competent and skilled human capital, says Tan Sri Musa Hassan.
Musa, who is Selangor and Federal Territory Industrial Security Society (SWISS) chairman, said there were many opportunities to cultivate local talent within the health, security and safety (HSS) sector.
