‘Many problems not addressed’

A COUPLE staying at Minden Heights in Gelugor, Penang, claimed that people in the area had been totally neglected with many issues not addressed for years.

Retiree Khor Yee Kwang and his wife Christy Khor, both 63, said the major issue was frequent power breakdowns, claiming that both Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and the state had not solved the problem.
