Couple scare up Halloween decorations for party at home

WHILE Halloween is more widely celebrated in North America, some Malaysians have embraced it with gusto.

After not being able to travel for nearly two years because of the Covid-19 pandemic, certified hypnotherapist Julian Leicester and his interior decorator wife Elaine Moissinac decided to bring the best of Halloween into their home in USJ, Subang Jaya.
