AFTER months of forced closures, open-air markets in Kuala Lumpur have finally been allowed to reopen under the National Recovery Plan (NRP).
Although Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has released the standard operating procedure (SOP) for morning markets, the one for night markets has not been finalised.
