THOSE who want to rent vacant stalls at Penang Island City Council (MBPP) markets can register themselves via the MBPP e-licence website from now until Aug 22.
The vacant stalls for selling chicken, mutton and vegetables are located at Teluk Kumbar Heights Market, Padang Tembak Market, Balik Pulau Market and Kuantan Road Market.
