Dining-in takes a back seat

WHILE those fully vaccinated are now allowed to dine in under the latest standard operating procedures (SOP) in Penang, many hawkers and food operators are not keen on providing such services to customers.

At the Bayan Baru food court, drinks seller Chung Seng Sooi, 68, said he and his wife, who were both fully vaccinated, had no plans to serve dine-in customers at the moment.
