Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur is unfolding its festive menu with time-honoured traditions while embracing contemporary elegance.
Symbolising vitality, progress and auspicious beginnings, the Year of the Horse is being celebrated with banquets, festive buffets, afternoon tea, Japanese fine dining, and takeaways.
At the heart of the festivities is the Imperial Phoenix: Empress Feast featuring three Chinese New Year set menus priced at RM2,888nett, RM3,088nett or RM3,388nett for a table of 10.
The celebration menus at Roselle Coffee House and the hotel’s banquet rooms highlight delicacies such as abalone, lobster, sea cucumber and tiger grouper fish – ingredients rich in symbolism of prosperity, success and longevity.
The menus are available for lunch and dinner from Feb 1 until March 3.
Roselle Coffee House is also presenting a series of celebratory buffets featuring festive favourites and comforting classics.
A Dynasty of Imperial Flavours buffet dinner, at RM198nett per adult, is available from Feb 6 to 15.
Meanwhile, the Echoes of Imperial Spring buffet dinner on Chinese New Year Eve is tagged at RM268nett per adult.
The Imperial Spring New Year lunch buffet at RM168nett per adult and Flaming Steed dinner buffet at RM198nett per adult, are available on Feb 17 and 18.
Premium beverage enhancements are available for the set and buffet meals.
Over at Umi Japanese Restaurant is the Umi Auspicious Artistry – a five-course journey for lunch and dinner, priced at RM288nett per person.
It is served from Feb 7 to 15.
Meanwhile, the Umi Luminous Spring with a sakura-inspired five-course dinner at RM388nett per person is available from Feb 16 to 18.
Add on RM150nett for free-flow premium house pour red, white wine or sake.
Adding a touch of elegance to the festivities is the Springtime Soiree afternoon tea experience at Feast at Fifty1 poolside bistro.
Paired with premium teas, coffee and fresh juices, the afternoon tea is available from Feb 7 to 18, 3pm to 5pm, at RM198nett for two.
