DBKL defends tree felling

KUALA LUMPUR City Hall (DBKL) has defended its recent move to cut trees in the city including within the Bukit Damansara area.

A spokesperson from its Corporate Communications Department told StarMetro that the trees were not in a good condition and it was done to prevent branches from falling on people.
