Stay away from Iconic Hill until it reopens, hikers told

HIKERS have been urged to refrain from visiting the closed Iconic Hill in Penang until its owner obtains official approval from local authorities to reopen it.

Landowner Datuk Tan Kean Tet, who is Iconic Group founder and chairman, said that under the direction of Penang Island City Council, the park would undergo proper procedures to reassess the safety of the site.
