MANY Penangites are ready to usher in the new year by completely switching from using paper-based parking coupons to the Penang Smart Parking (PSP) System at all public parking lots.

Among them is civil servant Watawa Nataf Zulkifli, 34, who has used up all his parking coupons long ago.
