AN internationally known artist is keen on paying tribute via her artwork to frontliners who have helped Penangites during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dr Teoh Wi Kium will be giving away 50 of her one-of-a-kind paintings through the ‘Covid-19 Heroes, Those Who Made a Difference in Penang’ initiative to frontliners who have been nominated.
