LONG-TIME Damansara Utama (SS21) residents are concerned about the risks and inconveniences posed by mostly double storey- terrace houses converted into what they term “commercial room rental, ” as well as the lack of action by the authorities on the matter.
Damansara Utama Residents and Owners Association (Duroa) president Habeeb Rahman cited security and safety, fire hazard, overflowing rubbish and haphazard parking as some of their concerns.
