KUALA LUMPUR: Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) has revoked the Kuala Lumpur Hockey Association's (PHKL) management rights to Stadium Hoki Kuala Lumpur after it failed to pay execution bonds worth RM34,000.
In a statement on Friday (June 19), DBKL said PHKL also failed to take up a work and public liability insurance policy.
