Pineapple farmers seek better income

JOHOR BARU: Pineapple farmers want the government to assist them by providing the right business knowledge before looking at increasing products to meet local and international demand.

Farmer and founder of Fionanas (M) Sdn Bhd Iskandar Zulkarnain said the lack of business know-how has made farmers dependent on the middleman, who buy the harvest at the cheapest price possible.
