PASIR GUDANG: The Johor Government will be awarding Fast Track Development status to all affordable housing (Rumah Mampu Biaya Johor or RMBJ) projects built on government-owned land.

State housing, communication and multimedia committee chairman Dzulkefly Ahmad said this was to ensure that the government achieves its target of delivering 100,000 units of affordable homes under the RMBJ housing scheme.
