Many townhouse owners still waiting for strata titles

DESPITE having bought their units over 20 years ago, the majority of townhouse owners of Jalan Saga 26, 27 and 28 in Taman Saga, Ampang Jaya, have yet to receive strata titles for their properties.

Of some 200 units here, only 80 owners have managed to get their property titles while the rest are still waiting for the developer to expedite the process.
