With the addition of this development project in Genting Highlands, it is set to enhance the tourism industry and become a new tourist hotspot.

As a joint-venture project between IBN Corp and B&G Property, IBN Highlands City will redefine luxury living in Genting Highlands with a total built-up area of 8.4mil sqft.

During the launch, IBN offered a promotional price for all of its 244 fully-furnished units of Tower 2 – each unit with a built-up area ranging between 753sqft and 1,346sqft.

Comprising 12 blocks of leasehold service apartments, luxury hotel and a commercial area, this mixed-use development is well located in Genting Permai. Sitting within the mountain range of Genting Highlands, you get to relax in a home close to nature while enjoying a spring-like weather all year round.

Perfectly encapsulating the design concept of Your Home, Your Resort, this residential property includes an infinity pool with glass bottom, hanging garden in the sky and well-developed surrounding facilities and amenities.

Accompanying the launch was Snowderland in the Sky Carnival which ended on Dec 1. Visitors were treated to fun games and activities such as ice skating, magic show, Elsa cosplay photo sessions and scrumptious street food served at the newly launched Sky City Food Street – fficiated by Pahang local government and housing committee chairman Abd Rahim Muda who represented the Mentri Besar, and a representative of Pahang Menteri Besar Abd Rahim Muda (Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Kerajaan Tempatan dan Perumahan) accompanied by Bentong Council president Datuk Hajah Aida Munira Abdul Rafar.

In conjunction with the celebration, all buyers were guaranteed a brand new Proton X70 with the purchase of each unit.

Also present at the launch was IBN Corp executive director Datuk Seri Michael Yang alongside the senior management team and Tourism Malaysia Corporate Communication Division senior director Iskandar Mirza Mohd Yusof.

“We see a huge potential for our project in the market due to its strategic location and high demands, ” said Yang who mentioned the response for the project has been very encouraging.

“The chilly weather here and great accessibility to the surrounding facilities and amenities such as Highlands International Boarding School, Awana Golf Course and Genting Highlands Premium Outlets will provide you with an ideal vacation home that is second to none in Malaysia, ” he added.

As the representative of the Tourism Malaysia director general, Iskandar Mirza said that Malaysia needs more tourism real estate developer like IBN Corp to initiate integrated developments – further enhancing Malaysia’s tourism growth and real estate growth and subsequently the overall economic growth.

“Genting Highlands is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Malaysia that attracts more than 60,000 tourist daily. However, there is a limited amount of hotel rooms available currently.

“I am very excited to IBN Highlands City will be able to provide more comfortable homes and hotel rooms to cater to the continual increment of tourists in Genting, ” he added.
