The 19th HRDF Conference and Exhibition 2019 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre with the theme “People, Purpose, Passion and Technology, Tactics, Techniques” highlighted how technology could be leveraged to personalise the experience across an employee’s life cycle and enhance their productivity at the workplace, particularly in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0).
